Our Team
Allison Sandlin, CMCA—Managing Partner
Allison has been providing financial services since 2002, gaining experience in public, private, and non-profit practices. Throughout the years she has gained knowledge and expertise in trucking and transportation, boutique manufacturing, and project management industries.
Most recently she has been working in the community association industry since 2014. She recently has become a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Her experience since 2014 includes being the Director of Client Accounting at one of Houston’s largest association management companies and working with a Certified Public Accountant that does taxes and audits of homeowner associations in the Houston metro area. This experience has given her a new perspective on the financial needs of associations by learning from a different point of view exactly what the IRS guidelines are and how to maintain association financial reports to abide by those guidelines. She has also taken several classes on the Texas Property Code and the Texas Uniform Condominium Act and has applied those laws to the accounting processes for associations. She has built working relationships with the best association CPAs and Attorneys in Houston.
Alexis Kidd – Office Administrator
Alexis comes to us with over 20 years of customer service experience from the retail and technology sectors. She’s one of those right-side of the brain people who uses a combination of creative thinking & skills mastered from nearly 10 years working in public education in order to train, mentor, & problem solve. When not adeptly juggling many fabulous hats, Alexis enjoys riding her scooter with her husband, cultivating cat lady status, and using as many photo editing apps on her phone as possible.
Mike Nathan – Financial Analyst
Mike came to us with many years of experience in financial statement preparation and bookkeeping. He has a bachelor’s degree of business administration in accounting from the University of Houston. He has been working in the community association industry since 2015 and is looking forward to putting his years of education and experience to work for your association.
